Story was delighted to organise a high end conference at The Shangri-la Shard, followed by an intimate dinner at Nobu Berkeley Sq for 50 people.

Due to the client being based in Turkey, we were engaged to help with every aspect of their event from venue search, logistical management, onsite registration and management, booking accommodation for the guests and organising transportation for their event.

The guests were welcomed to London where they were able to check into their hotel and have an evening at their own leisure before heading to their conference the next day.

Guests were welcomed with a delicious breakfast, which then followed with the main conference with presentations throughout the day. During lunch, guests had the opportunity to sign up for a classic red route master tour of London which would take them to Nobu for dinner, where we had hired our the downstairs area for a private dinner.
