Technology is the future and although AI is becoming increasingly sort after, we thought we would start with something a little less complicated… a personalised app. It’s important for guests to have easy access to their schedule with clear, detailed information about speakers, room changes and most importantly when lunch is. Creating your own personalised app helps keep delegates in the loop, gives them the opportunity for their voice to be heard with a quick-fire Q&A session and allowing you to receive feedback from your delegates.

Demo stations

Engaging with your guests and keeping them stimulated at an event, is as we all know, extremely important, if you want to avoid the “nodding dog” head movement from happening. Demo stations are a great way to engage your delegates with interactive sessions where they can experience the product first hand.

Updating your breakout sessions

Instead of your usual breakout sessions, why not take your delegates speed dating… well sort of, just without any drunken awkwardness (you’d hope!).
