BRIEF 

Working with our longstanding client, we were tasked with organising and executing a livestreamed cook-along class for their top journalist.

 

DELIVERY 

This event was all about the virtual engagement and so live streaming was the key ingredient. At the client’s HQ, our production team installed a remote studio, utilising our full ‘Story Studio’ service. Zoom was the platform of choice and we oversaw the proceedings with our usual level of detail and end to end event management.

You can’t host a cook-along without the star of the show – ingredients! Therefore, this supermarket brand took the opportunity to showcase their products, allowing the quality and versatility to shine through. Our team also organised the packing and distribution of all the ingredient boxes, which were couriered to each guest’s home, whilst ensuring GDPR compliance.

Onsite we executed the filming, graphics and blended pre-recorded content with the live stream. Our client requested a PR video of the cook-along too, so our team recorded, edited and produced this video post- event ready for an external marketing campaign.

RESULTS 

The client and chef team were thrilled with the outcome of the event, which ran without any glitches. We are excited to collaborate with this client on a series of virtual events following the success of the virtual cook-along.
