BRIEF

Our client wanted to create a networking event that was completely different from what they have done in previous years. They wanted an event that was unique, creative and engaging held at an iconic venue in London. The final chosen them was ‘Midsummer Night’s Dream’ at the Tower of London.

DELIVERY

Guests were welcomed at the gates by the Yeo Warden, where they were treated to a private tour of the crown jewels before being led to the New Armouries. Here, they walked through a beautiful floral archway and into a midsummer’s garden full of beautiful foliage, flowers and real trees, all of which gave off an aroma of being outside and the sound of a harpist welcoming them. The circular bar drew guests into the main room with its organic wooden and gold topped features, where guests could grab a drink or two. Throughout the evening, delicious canapes and bowl food, all within theme, circulated the room by woodland creatures including a fairy, fox and rabbit with two dessert stations revealed towards the end of the evening. A silhouette artist mingled with guests capturing their silhouettes for the perfect gift to take home with them.

RESULTS

“Thank you to the team for making our event so successful. The room was beautiful, the food amazing and the organisation was sleek. We got some great feedback, who were all happy we managed to put on such a unique and special event. Well done for bringing it all to life.”
