One of Story’s top clients where moving into a new office and wanted to ‘christen’ the space with an exciting and engaging new office launch party. Utilising the communal space ‘The Hub’ and the roof terrace, the client wanted to transform the space into a colourful and fun party space.


Story created a cool, creative and fun house warming atmosphere, with guests greeted upon arrival with mojitos and bubbles. Balloon and lantern ceilings filled the space bringing a pop of colour to the event, with a delicious sweet stall taking over the meeting room. The terrace was transformed into a relaxed chill out area, with grassed “chill out” zone and wheel barrows of beer dotted around for guests to help themselves. Street food was available throughout the evening to help with the relaxed atmosphere. We bought in live roaming musical acts and interactive ‘living hedges’ so that guests were entertained throughout the evening.


Guests were WOW’d by the transformation of what would usually be an office working space. It was a successful office launch and an excellent way to get employees excited about the move.
