Some clients like a hands on service, they want to be updated throughout the process and prefer to be very involved. Other clients want us to take care of the event and get in touch at key points when we need sign off or further information. Some people prefer to talk, some email, some like face to face meetings, others prefer virtual. And some like all four. We love our jobs because no two days are the same and no two clients are the same. We think we can figure out how a client likes to work pretty quickly and we can read people well.

The most important part of the process though, is to understand how our client wants to work, their likes and dislikes, and what is the most important part of the event to them. We care as much about your event as you do and we really do everything within our power to make it perfect.

Story Events charge an Event Management Fee for our work. This is assessed on a case by case basis. We hope that you can truly see the value in what we do for your event, pre event, during the live event and post event. We generally start with finding you a venue, and can organise everything else from catering, creative, lighting, entertainment, decor, flowers, accommodation, transport and much more. We sometimes are asked to manage an event where the suppliers are already contracted and sometimes we’re asked just to theme the event.
