La Dolce Vita Incentive

A group of 27 top-performing agents were selected to join a long weekend away to the hills of Tuscany in September 2025. Smart Group wanted to differentiate themselves from last year’s high-impact and activity filled trip to Provence, by focusing on food, service and luxury locations.

Guests were greeted at Rome airport by suave staff and Vitos, whisking them to the amazing Casa Newton, where a pizza pool party began. With exclusive access to the venue, guests could make the most of the villas and explore the beautiful grounds as soon as they arrived. An Italian live music duo kept the vibes going, leading a dance around the pool into the sunset where a BBQ feast was cooked in front of guests to the sounds of a live DJ.  ​

Guests arrived at Monteverdi, their home for the weekend, to find their luggage already placed in their rooms, accompanied by locally crafted perfume and a bespoke welcome note. The next day unfolded with breakfast and small teams then took the wheel of vintage Fiat 500s, following clues in a treasure hunt that ultimately revealed a secluded lunch spot, where a Moretti truck awaited to refresh them beneath the warm Tuscan sun. That evening, guests gathered once more for a stunning alfresco dinner prepared by our team, elevated by an opera performance and followed by an unforgettable party in the chapel. The weekend drew to a close with a piano sing-along and a hearty farewell brunch, sending guests on their way home with spirits high and memories to last.
