Information collection – enquiry forms
The operator of the site requests information from users on their enquiry forms. A user must provide contact information (name, e-mail, and address etc) in order for the operator or their agents to respond to the enquiry. This information is used for the purposes of enquiry response. If they have trouble processing an enquiry, the information is used to contact the user.

Communications from the site – newsletter and updates
The operator may periodically send out e-mails with new services and special offers at the site. Users are given the option to opt-out of these e-mails. Occasionally the site operator will request information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary. Survey information is used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site. Users’ personally identifiable information is not shared with third parties. Correcting / updating / deleting / deactivating personal information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as phone, e-mail or postal address), or if a user no longer desires such services or no longer wants to be contacted in relation to the events or services offered they can contact the operator online, by phone, or via email.
