Thirdfort Platform Launch
A new platform launch at 60 Great Queen Street for 200 guests.
Brief
As Thirdfort prepared to launch its new platform, the business partnered with Story Events to deliver its first conference of this scale. The objective was to create a premium half-day summit for 200 guests that would showcase the platform, educate attendees, and strengthen relationships with customers and partners. Story Events was appointed to manage every aspect of the event, from venue sourcing and creative concept development through to catering, production, branding, speaker liaison, furniture and full event delivery.
Delivery
Story Events recommended 60 Great Queen Street as the perfect venue, with its iconic architecture providing a striking backdrop for Thirdfort’s platform launch. We developed the creative concept and transformed the space into a contemporary conference environment, with every touchpoint reflecting the Thirdfort brand.
Guests were welcomed with tea, coffee, juices and sweet treats before taking their seats in the spectacular Grand Temple for an afternoon of insightful presentations, engaging panel discussions and a standout keynote from former convicted fraudster Alex Wood, who gave a rare and fascinating insight into the criminal mind. To maximise the impact of the platform launch, we created a bespoke branded stage set, custom gobo projections and a synchronised lighting show that accompanied Thirdfort’s high-energy launch film, building anticipation and delivering a memorable reveal. The event concluded with a sparkling drinks reception with delicious canapes in the Vestibules, catered by Moving Venue. A statement mirrored bar and stylish lounge furniture, carefully selected in Thirdfort’s brand colours, transformed the space into a sophisticated setting for networking and celebration.
Result
The summit was a huge success, generating excellent attendance, outstanding delegate feedback and real momentum around Thirdfort’s new platform.
Firstly, I really want to express a huge thank you once again for all the work that went into making yesterday happen. It really has been months of planning and seeing it come to life was brilliant. The feedback we've received so far, both from Thirdforters and attendees (and even non-attendees!), has been unreal.
