WHAT MAKES US A GREAT AGENCY IS THAT WE UNDERSTAND PEOPLE.
We understand that some clients like a hands on service, they want to be updated throughout the process and prefer to be very involved. Whereas some clients want us to take care of the event and get in touch at key points when we need sign off or further information. Some people prefer to talk, some email, some like face to face meetings. Some clients like all three. We love our jobs because no two days are the same and no two clients are the same. We think we can figure out how a client likes to work pretty quickly and we can read people well.
The most important part of the process though is to understand how our client wants to work, what they like and don’t and what is the most important part of the event to them. We care as much about your event as you do and we really do everything within our power to make it perfect.
Generally speaking we make our money from claiming commissions from our suppliers. If your event is particularly complicated we may charge a fee on top of this but we assess whether we do along with how much we charge on a case by case basis. We generally start with finding you a venue, and can organise everything else from catering, lighting, entertainment, decor, flowers, accommodation, transport and much more. We sometimes are asked to manage an event where the suppliers are already contracted and sometimes we’re asked just to theme the event.
