Brief
Our client from the insurance sector wanted a company-wide conference that felt anything but corporate. Something personal, powerful, and packed with energy. The goal? Remind every single team member that they have ownership in the business and are driving its future
Delivery
We created “The Power of You” a bold, people-first event that threw out the rulebook. Everyone was given the same title Business Owner on their badge. We brought in inspiring speakers like Billy Monger, hosted interactive sessions with storytelling at the centre, and gave each division a moment in the spotlight. The set design was slick but welcoming, and a real triumph of the day was the inclusion of a CSR Activity Solar Buddies – where guests created solar lights to be donated to countries suffering from energy poverty. We worked closely with the client to develop the agenda and content for the day, with a real focus on engagement and interactivity – right down to the audience voting for their CEO to enter the stage on rollerblades. The power was truly in their hands, which inspired guests to feel as though they were contributing to the event, not just partaking in it. Every inch of the event was designed to feel like it belonged to the people in the room – from the custom walls to branded keepsakes, bold visuals, and informal networking areas.
Result
Staff left feeling like owners, not employees – connected to the journey and proud of what they’re building together. We turned a business update into an energising and emotional celebration of people.
