REISS partnered with Story for the first time to transform their annual 350-person staff conference into a more ambitious, immersive, one-day experience at The Brewery. The goal was to maximise the venue's space, deliver high-impact content and evolve the event from conference to catwalk to afterparty. The result was an energetic, seamless event that left the REISS team buzzing, with overwhelmingly positive feedback and strong client satisfaction.

The client sought a venue near their London office for a September Summer Party with space for up to 600 guests, great food, fun activities, and backup plans for bad weather. We picked Shoreditch Gardens to be the setting for a stretch tent, diverse food vendors, live entertainment, and a Silent Disco. The party was a hit, with excellent attendance and a delighted client.

Story Events partnered with Revlon to organize their annual conference and awards in Manchester, focusing on the theme "Connect" to foster collaboration. The event took place at The Alan Hotel, featuring inspiring keynote speakers, networking opportunities, and a celebration of achievements, leaving guests with Revlon Professional product goodie bags.

We were tasked with creating an unforgettable corporate Christmas party for a leading estate agency. The event was held at the stunning 60 Great Queen Street, combining a formal awards ceremony with an elegant two-course dinner and lively entertainment. With 160 guests in attendance, the event was seamlessly executed, leaving the client extremely satisfied.

Story Events organised a four-day leadership summit for 150 Mars Associates, handling everything from venue selection to content creation. They chose the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London for its prestigious setting.

For the fifth consecutive year, Story Events proudly orchestrated the Together for Short Lives Ball, aiming to surpass previous successes and create an unforgettable evening in support of this remarkable charity. Our goal was to infuse the event with enchantment, fostering a sense of childlike wonder while raising awareness and vital funds for seriously ill children and their families.

Eurostar enlisted Story to orchestrate a stunning Christmas Party for 1,500 guests in Central London, with the theme 'You're a Star', featuring elaborate decorations, entertainment and sensational catering.

Waitrose enlisted our expertise to transform their King’s Cross Waitrose Cookery School into a festive wonderland for the unveiling of their 2023 Christmas Advert in November. To complement the advert's messaging, we enhanced the space with additional AV, branding, and theming, creating a magical atmosphere.

Towards the end of 2022, Story Events was approached to tender for the prestigious IFAW (International Fund for Animal Welfare) Awards Dinner. The event aimed to spotlight IFAW's global conservation efforts and honor outstanding individuals in the animal welfare community.

For the sixth consecutive year, Story Events collaborated with JustGiving, a leading fundraising platform, to orchestrate their 2024 Awards, returning to the iconic Roundhouse venue following the success of the previous years' events.

Lush approached us in late July to organize the launch party for their latest collaboration: the BARBIE x LUSH product launch, at their Oxford Street flagship store on 10th August 2023, aiming to engage press, influencers, and industry guests by creating a captivating pink oasis complete with themed catering, photo moments, designed lighting, and entertainment.
