The Story team were briefed to transform a typical conference space from the daytime theatre style set up to a fully themed, fun packed Circus party. To create privacy whilst the room was transformed a tunnel was built – guests then entered this space which was styled to give an idea of the room beyond. The ceiling was fully draped, Big Top style, numerous circus style bars were installed and various entertainment items.
The details of the event represented the fun and informal nature of the evening – the purpose being that this was a complete contrast to the daytime. Acrobats entertained the guests with their antics and a photobooth filled with props proved to be very popular. To complete the theme the food was styled so guests were treated to warm, buttered popcorn and sweet, fluffy candyfloss.
